Lubbockâs Newest and Most Unique High School Experience Has Arrived
Lubbock area families looking for something different for their high school students now have a new and exciting choice! Southcrest Christian School will begin offering a fully accredited high school program beginning with 9th grade in the 2009-2010 school year. Each subsequent year, additional grades will be added through 12th grade. The senior class of 2013 will be the first graduating class from Southcrest Christian High School.
The vision for our high school program includes affirming the gifts and challenging the potential of each student with academic excellence, a strong Biblical foundation, and a Christian worldview, and creating strong Christian leaders for tomorrow. Flexibility in scheduling for the junior and senior years will allow students to spend time outside of the classroom participating in internships, learning from community leaders, and earning college credit. Classroom instruction from a dedicated, experienced faculty as well as an excellent online learning program will ensure a strong foundation for college and beyond.
