Annual tuition is payable in ten (10) equal payments. The first installment is billed August 1st through FACTS. The remaining installments are billed on the designated due date of the next nine months, September through May. It is mandatory for all families to enroll in FACTS Tuition Management. All fees and tuition will automatically be deducted (ACH) from a designated checking account, savings account, debit card or credit card. Additional fees apply with the use of a debit or credit card. A 3% discount will be granted if full payment for the total semester is received on or before the first day of school and on or before the first day of school after the Christmas break. A 3% discount will be granted if full payment for the complete year is paid on or before first day of school. Siblings attending Southcrest Christian School are eligible for a discount.

Enrollment Fee and other fees are non-refundable. Fifty percent (50%) of the Enrollment Fee is refundable if a family moves out of the area. Tuition and fee charges are late if not received by the designated due date of each month. A charge of $50 will be assessed by FACTS each month tuition is late. Access to RenWeb and report cards are not provided for any students whose account is past due. A charge of $30 is assessed for each returned check.
