SCS AFTER SCHOOL CARE
FOR 2011 — 2012 SCHOOL YEAR
Southcrest Christian School offers After School Care from
3:15 - 5:30 pm for those enrolled in our school
Registration Fee — $30.00
3days a week (2 hours) — $78.00 a month
4 days a week (2 hours) — $104.00 a month
5 days a week (2 hours) — $130.00 a month
(We will not pro-rate. If you sign up for 5days and your
child(ren) misses days, you still need to pay the full monthly rate.)
3 days a week (1 hour) - $39.00 a month
4 days a week (1 hour) - $52.00 a month
5 days a week (1 hour) - $65.00 a month
(Less than 1 hour a day or less than 3 days will be a $39.00 minimum)
On the days school is dismissed at noon there will be After
School Care until 5:30 PM.
No After School Care on school holidays or
bad weather days.
Sign-up and paperwork available in the school office.
EVERYONE MUST REGISTER AS WE START
OVER WITH SIGN-UP EACH YEAR.
